New Year Puja should be performed to cleanse negative energies, unresolved karmic effects, and emotional burdens carried from the previous year. In Vedic belief, beginning a new year with spiritual purification helps balance planetary energies and creates a positive foundation for success and happiness.

This puja strengthens confidence, improves focus, and removes fear, confusion, and obstacles. It is especially helpful for individuals planning new beginnings such as career changes, business ventures, marriage, education, or personal growth. By offering prayers and performing sacred rituals at the start of the year, devotees receive divine guidance, protection, and blessings that help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
