Rahu Puja should be performed to pacify the malefic effects of Rahu and to balance shadow planetary energies influencing one’s life. In Vedic astrology, Rahu represents illusion, obsession, sudden rise or fall, fear, manipulation, and foreign influences. When Rahu is afflicted or unfavorably placed in the birth chart, it can cause confusion, mental stress, addictions, fear, legal disputes, sudden career instability, and negative influences from unknown sources.

Performing Rahu Puja helps remove illusions, stabilize the mind, and protect the individual from hidden enemies and deceptive situations. This puja strengthens decision-making ability, removes fear and anxiety, and helps one regain control over life direction. Rahu Puja is especially recommended during Rahu Mahadasha, Antardasha, Kaalsarp Dosha, or when facing repeated failures without visible reasons. It brings clarity, protection, spiritual strength, and gradual progress.
